Default video capture and editing software

Are there any good free screen video capture software and editing software

- not cam studio becuase the videos it records gets all glitchy

well the editing software that would be free would be windows movie maker...i would recommend Fraps as a video capture.

Free and you already have it on your computer, it's very basic and easy to use.

For all "FREE" you are going to get is Windows Movie Maker that comes on your computer. If you want a decent and really easy to learn video editing software. I'd go with Sony Vegas 7.0 Platinum
