Default which vid card is better

ok which video card would you decide is better and i also need a mother board for which ever 1 you choose that can allow a duel core or quad core AMD processor...preferably a quad core

Neither, this. AMD mobos support CF, and the HD 4850 is a better performer any way.

790GX would be right for you.

The HD 4850 isn't necessarily faster than a 9800GTX. They are pretty much even in some tests and the 9800GTX outperform it in others.
