Default Which vid card is better?

I need a PCI card, and my last one burnt out due to poor installation. I've fixed the problems, and now plan on getting a new one. Here are my choices:

I just want an opinion on which one is a better card, and I'll pay the full amount for both, so price is not a factor.

You don't have AGP or PCIe? PCI video cards are typically not very good. If you must get a PCI vid card, I'd like to point out that the second one does not support dual monitors, just one or the other. Just wanted to make sure you wouldn't get disappointed if you chose it.

The 5700LE is VASTLY SUPERIOR because it can do dynamic pixels, get that one.
