ok since im kinda too poor to afford to upgrade mobo cpu and video card, i decided on just the video card. but now i need to know which one.

which one? i know the 6800 is great and pipes can be unlocked and it can be ocd quite well, ive never heard of the agp version of the x800gt, and the 6600gt is quite good too.

Same, but man, that heatsink is huge! I would get a one slot cooler, that is, unless you can spare an extra slot. This http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814170056 card runs using only one slot, same thing man...

The 6600GT is pretty good, but get a cheaper version. It goes for around 150USD with rebates sometimes that bring it down to 120USD. The 6800 vanilla is slightly better I think.

But overall, I think the X800GTO is actually better than the 6600GT. I think. OR was that a different ATI card...
