VGA RCA Adapter/converter

So I have a Asus VE248H Black 24".
I'm looking for a cheap adapter or converter for RCA so I can hook up my playstation 2 on my monitor.

I was thinking to get this but there are so many different stories about it

Both the positive and negative reviews on that dongle are saying the same thing - it's not meant to do what folks want it to.

If you want to connect your TV to your playstation, your best bet is to buy a converter box from places like Amazon or Monoprice.
