Default VGA to HMDI - NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M

Usually I'm pretty computer hardware and software savvy, but I'm not sure that this cable will work and this is my first posting here. This site looks like a GREAT forum for solving computer problems and learning solutions.

Anyway, I have a HP Pavilion 6700 laptop and I'd like to know if I can use a VGA to HMDI cable to hook up to an HMDI TV? My video card is a NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M. "Yes", I know I'll need a separate cable for the audio.

Here's the cable in question

Amazon.com: eForCity Gold HDTV HDMI to VGA HD15 Adapter Cable 6ft 1.8M: Eforcity

Any information is GREATLY appreciated.
