Default Using a Network printer w/o Internet

is it possible to use a networkd printer without having internet? everything is connected to a wireless router....

Yes, you can have a very extensive network without internet access. I prefer to have printers connected to my local network with ethernet print servers. That requires an ethernet cable to the printer locations, but I can access my network with a wireless access point. That allows me to use any of the printers on my network with a notebook computer wirelessly. If I unplug the cable modem, all of my printing capability still works, I just wouldn't have internet access anymore.

There are wireless print servers avalible, but I find wired printer servers much easyer to configure, and usually less expensive.
