Default Using a comp as a server+a comp...

Is that possible, to use my computer as both a server and a computer?
And if I set up my computer as a server, do I have to own the domain, or is it free to run?

Yes, you can use it for both, if you get alot of page views, i would suggest running it as nothing more than a server, or setting up a dedicated server for the site. and yes you would need a domain, however you can get free ones through no-ip.com

I think he's talking about a windows domain, in which case you can choose whatever domain you want beacuse it's inside your network, but you will also have to run your own DNS servers

I also HIGHLY RECOMEND AGAINST using any server for any purpose besides running it as a server. Servers should only need to be pysically touched for hardware upgrades or solving problems.
