I can reset the password or assign a new one for that account but, I want to screw with them so I am in need of a little help. Okay, this is rather hard to do, no simple program lets you see the passwords. They are encrypted and will appear as gibberish to you.
However, you can crack encryption. My favoruite method is using rainbow tables, because if you have a computer with lots of ram, rainbow tables is the fastest.
Generally you can crack these on a home computer and you do not need a supercomputer. However, long complex passwords can require a supercomputer.
I use ophcrack to crack such tables. I personally use a live CD to dump the SAM files into the program, than transfer the new tables onto an FTP server. Than, whenever I want i can run the program on a powerful computer and simply crack the passwords on their.
