im the admin of the pc and i wanna make my sister an account but when i make a limited account she cant go on stuff like msn and open other programs an it looks like windows 98 the taskbar an stuff if you get me erm how do i give her the permissions to use the programs and change the looks of the tastbar to the normal blue one thanks

how old is your sister? if she uses MSN then im sure she isnt going to hurt anything. just make her an admin and tell her dont tough anything.

what does it say when she tries to go on msn?

just a shot in the dark but go on her account and go to windows firewall and click the exceptions tab and add msn as a new program.

She watches viruses? Does she like the way they spread, or the way that they pop up uninvited?

Seriously, teach your sister internet safety and do not try to control her. If she uses the computer, and it isn't yours then she deserves to have just as much access.
