Default USB Help

im trying to fix a computer, but known of the usbs work, not even in windows setup, iv installed xp sp3 and the motherboard drivers and i get this message:



when i click on it i get this:



can anyone help me??

iv tryed all the ports and its always that port that comes up even tho theres nothing plugged into it

Hmm. . .
Have you tried disabling that port? Look in both Device Manager and/or the BIOS.

Could be a fault in the front panel USB hub??

iv tried disabling the ports in device manager and in the bios, iv uninstalled the ports in device manager and let windows reinstall them but the same thing happends

mouse & keyboard, and iv tried a 2gb usb stick all work on a diff computer

plug them into any usb port in the computer and the same message comes up
