Today I plugged in my HTC usb cable to charge my phone into a USB port on my PC Case (ANTEC Nine Hundred 2) and my computer just went into a black screen but the computer was still running fans and everything. My phone wasn't attached to the other end of the cable, I plugged in the cable on its own and it happened. After a few seconds the PC started to reboot but it asked me if I wanted to go into safemode etc which indicates that the computer crashed (inproper shutdown)
How would this have happened? How can I fix this?
This type of issue has happened before but not recently.
