Urgent (PSU connecting)

Hi, my motherboard arived, ive fitted ram, CPU, the system pannel connectors (cant find power LED - Green 3 -Pin PLED). Im just unsure, whether i connect the PSU to the EATXPWR or the ATX1 12V slots? My PSU is 400W. My motherboard is A8V-VM

Should i plug:

- 24 pin

AND at the same time:

- 4pin

into the PSU, and power it on?
