Ok, so I just switched my mother board, Video card, processor and RAM out with another computer. It is an upgrade for the computer that is having booting up problems. All the plugs are in to my knowledge and everything is set up correctly. I try starting it up, it goes to the Windows screen where it is loading the login screennames and such and I hear a click and it just reboots. So I went into Safe mode (loads succesfully) and deleted all the old drivers of the Intel MOBO as it is a AMD Mobo now. Restarted it and still it does the same thing. PLEASE HELP this computer is for my son who leaves tomorrow to college I need assistance fast.

Delete ALL the old drivers for EVERYTHING... then do a windows update... easiest way to get all the most up-to-date drivers...

Thanks for the help, it fixed it. I was gonna do it myself but didn't wanna lose the info but what ever it worked :D.
