URGENT help please!

So i wanted to put a password on my second partition so my parents couldn't get in there, so i changed the permissions under security and now it wont let me in but im administrator how can i undo this???? system restore did nothin

did you try to log in via safe mode?

You need to have at least one person with access. However, if you're the admin you should be able to take ownership of the drive and therefore get the rights back. But if safe mode works, just give yourself permission again and you'll be fine.
