Default UPnP Plugin Manager

Hi

Each time I start up my machine I have an error message come up entitled "UPnP Plugin Manager" the text of the message reads "Plugin Config XML file missing or corrupted, Please Reinstall" Anyone know how I can go about fixing this?

I am running a Dell desktop with Win XP home installed

Thanks
Kniouk
