Now ive got a video recorder and im afraid my usb connection may be out dated it seems to not want to transfer data so highly i have a very old computer a Windows Xp Media Center Edition 2005, Im not sure what kind of Motherboard/Or usb port 2.0 i should look for for compatabillity i would be happy if anyone could help me out

Hey,

Can you give us a little more information please.

You don't currently have USB2.0 on your computer and you would like it?

I think your cheapest and simplest option (if your motherboard will take it) would be a USB 2.0 PCI card. Your motherboard certainly should have PCI slots it's just whether the chipset will take the USB 2.0 card?

What are the specs of your computer?
