Upgrading psu

Currently, I have this:

Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Elite 460 RS-460-PSAR-J3 460W ATX12V V2.31 Power Supply


And I want to upgrade it to this:

Newegg.com - hec X-Power Pro 650 650W Continuous @ 40°C ATX 12V v2.2 / EPS 12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply

One of them is ATX 12V v2.2 and the one I have is ATX 12V v2.31. My question is, will the 2.2 psu fit in my case like 2.31 does? Don't know the name of my case though, it's super old just in case anybody asks. Thanks

It should work fine, but for $5.00 more, I would get an Antec EarthWatts EA-650.

Likewise. Until hec is more mainstream than it is now, I would hesitate using them, especially if Antec is only $5 more.
