Default Upgrading a POS

I'd like to get a GPU upgrade, possibly a CPU upgrade, dunno. Heres the mobo (not my main pc obviously):

Preferribly a GPU, but if the 1.5ghz CPU will bottleneck it, screw it. It has a FX 5200 in it, POS, and something better would be appreciated!

there will be a bottleneck, but currently the graphics card is more of a bottleneck than the processor will be. looking at that info, I'd go with something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814141075

AMD Athlon 64X2 4200+, 2 GB ram, 2 TB HDD, Ubuntu+SAMBA ♫ Lenovo T410, i5@ 2.4 GHz, 4 GB ram, 7

Just about the best you can get for that rig without having to update the PSU to a more powerful unit would be the SAPPHIRE Radeon X1650PRO 512MB for $62.99 ($47.99 after $15.00 Mail-In Rebate). While not a powerhouse, it will run circles around that old FX5200.
