Upgrading from Intel grachics

Hello all, I am currently looking into buying a new graphics card.

I am trying to decide whether to buy:

Or Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N971-TR GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Should i look into anything else?
I'm not looking into anything hardcore, just want want to play some new games with decent Fps'.

Both of those require a PCI-e power connection, do you have one on your power supply? If not I can help you find a graphics card that's still decent but doesn't require that connection..

Yes i do, I have a 650 watt PSU ( I know, overkill). My budget is around 130 USD.

This or a 5770. The 9800 GT is really old now, and the 5750 is XFX.
