Default Upgrading an Inspiron 570

I plan on upgrading my processor, which is currently an AMD Athlon X2 2.9GHz. I was going to ask for Dell's help, but since my warranty has expired, that's not going to happen. What exactly are the capabilities of my Inspiron 570 when it comes to upgrading the processor?
