Default Upgrading Graphics Card and Power Supply Help

Hi, I want to upgrade my graphics card and power supply. I have a Compaq Presario sr1650nx (http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/hp-...mncolBtm;rnav). I need help finding a graphics card that is pci-express 1.0 x16 and finding a power supply that fits in my tower and is compatible with my motherboard, Asus A8AE-LE (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...oduct=1127352). I have looked at the 9400GT low profile but I am not sure if it will fit in the my tower. So if anyone has suggestions on what kind of graphics card and power supply would work it would be appreciated.

You should be able to fit a standard ATX power supply and regular sized video card into your case as it's a "tower case" and not a slim unit. What are you planning on doing with the computer? Gaming, watching movies?

some gaming like left 4 dead 2

Does anyone know what a good pci-express 1.0 graphics card that you can buy new from retailers would be? Is the 9400Gt a pci-express 1.0 or 2.0 graphics card?
