Default Upgrading Gaming Computer again

Alright, im seriosly thinking of upgrading again over the next 6 months to year.
i figure i can afford around 1000 to 1500$ also im using it for gaming mostly. Heavy gaming like oblivion and such.

This is what i have now,

yay, go nifty program. i dont remember off hand what my power is, but im guessing its at 430Watt.
