upgrading to E6300..need mobo help!

ok guys i know i talk about upgrading more and mroe each day...but i got more money and wish to go the core 2 duo way

i can find ram and the processor easy

i just need a mobo that is mATX...agp 8x..and core 2 duo support..and i just cant find ne thing good...plz help..thx!

Get the second one [the MSI]. That first one sucks, it doesn't OC, it only has SATA 1.5, and only DDR-400 capabilities.

gah you got my hopes up..the second one is pcix16 not agp lol

and i have been reading about teh asus one...it has a bunch of limitations and realllllly sucks....ne other ideas?

i may actually have to get that asus one...even though they say when you put in a agp card it takes the ddr400 down to ddr 354...gah i hate when there is no good mobo for what i am looking for!

well first off..i just got this card for Christmas..(7600gs)...so you know i cant reallly afford to get rid of it right away....so how it seems now...should i just get like a really good pent. d...because at least then i can get a good mobo....and i can spend a little less money and get a new hd (mine is only 20gbs right now)...also in the future with dual core support for games ill be in better pos. then with a pent 4

just an idea though!

like pent d 925....3.0ghz...2x2mb l2 cache...thats pretty good imo ..only $130...and reviews say that it only gets around 20fps less in games...but still i will be up in the 60's and 70's with my vid card!

ne ways i am finally settle with this

pent d 3.0ghz 2x2mbl2cache...800mhz fsb!
512x2 ddr400 dual channel ram (still man pc3200 is way faster then my pc133)
intel 865g mobo..agp 8x...pent d support...and no flaws really! (im not really lookign to OC)
that is $280...which means i can finally buy bf2142 afterwards !
