Get the second one [the MSI]. That first one sucks, it doesn't OC, it only has SATA 1.5, and only DDR-400 capabilities.

gah you got my hopes up..the second one is pcix16 not agp lol

and i have been reading about teh asus one...it has a bunch of limitations and realllllly sucks....ne other ideas?

i may actually have to get that asus one...even though they say when you put in a agp card it takes the ddr400 down to ddr 354...gah i hate when there is no good mobo for what i am looking for!

Yeah..

Theres also this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813185086

and this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813135027

None of these will be very good and will bottleneck your new e6300.

If you're going to upgrade, why AGP?

well first off..i just got this card for Christmas..(7600gs)...so you know i cant reallly afford to get rid of it right away....so how it seems now...should i just get like a really good pent. d...because at least then i can get a good mobo....and i can spend a little less money and get a new hd (mine is only 20gbs right now)...also in the future with dual core support for games ill be in better pos. then with a pent 4

just an idea though!

like pent d 925....3.0ghz...2x2mb l2 cache...thats pretty good imo ..only $130...and reviews say that it only gets around 20fps less in games...but still i will be up in the 60's and 70's with my vid card!
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819116254

intel mobo...865 chipset...dual channel ddr400 allowed..and agp 8x $60 pent d support
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813121024

512x2 ddr400 dual channel corsair value ram $90
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145440

$280 instead of around $330...anddd i wont have ne bottlenecking probs because its kinda older but still its not a bad processor..and my card will run at a good agp8x bandwidth instead of agp 4x!

soound good?
