Hey guys, I have a Compaq Presario S4220ONX that I have bought 3 years ago, and Its Pretty slow. Heres whats inside:

Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2600+ Socket A

Motherboard: This Micro Star Motherboard..

Memory: A piece of 512 mb RAM That I dont know what Company it is

Hard Drive: A Seagate 120 GB Harddrive

Video Card: ATI Radeon 9600se

What I want to do is replace the Processor, motherboard, memory and Video card. With a big change like this, will there be any kind of problems?

Could you show me some pics? I don't know how it looks like...and google can't find anything

You might have to buy a new case, but im not real sure on compaq. I know dells has some like weird form factors that they use that you basically can't find motherbaords for. Also how much are you looking to spend, this makes a huge difference.

The case is a little too smal for upgrades. You might as well start off with a new case

This is what I have in Mind

: Amd Athlon x2 3800+

: Asus A8n-e motherboard

: Corsair value select RAM 2 x 512

: Nvidia Geforce 6800 GS

shouldn't really matter.. i mean its made to run these parts.. well not these specificly, but u know what i mean :p
