Default Upgrading Comp

I have 300 dollars to spend from b-day and christmas. I decided to spend it on upgrading my comp. This is my current Computer:

Pentium 4 3.4GHz 3.39GHz, (2 speeds listed?)
512mb ram
ATI Radeon x300(has 2 listed and as x300/x500 series??)
Happy with my sound card...

I have PCIe
I mainly use it for gaming if that helps...

agreed. And then u are most likely going to need a new psu too, get something like 400W or more. 400W will be more than enough, but always the bigger the better.
