Default Upgrading from ati radeon 4200 to a Geforce gtx 550 Ti

I want to know first of all am i able to upgrade the graphics card on this computer with the current motherboard from a ati radeon HD 4200 to a Geforce gtx 550 Ti?
Newegg.com - Galaxy 55NGH8HX4NXK GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

HP Pavilion p6600 Desktop PC series*-* HP Pavilion p6674y Magnesium Gray Edition Desktop PC Product Specifications - c02481326 - HP Business Support Center

also i know i will have to upgrade my power supply so i wanted to buy a 530w up from a 250w power supply. Will the linked one work ok?
Newegg.com - RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular LED Power Supply

and lastly will all this work without having to get a new cooling system?
If any of these components do not work can you mention a different option?

It'll all be fine, but you should definitely get a PSU from a more respected brand. I would recommend Corsair.
