Any idea how and where I can get my computer upgraded for free with no ad or spyware or virusses online?

You mean software upgrade of hardware? Microsoft is pretty secure if you upgrade their antispyware, patches, and other update feature. Your parts manufacturer are also generally pretty safe too for upgrading drivers and firmware.

There are good websites to buy upgraded computer parts, if that's what you are asking. www.newegg.com is an excellent place to look for them. They even have a limited amount of software to purchase.

Do they send it to you and you have to fix it yourself? Or do they come and do it for you?

It's a parts store only. They deliver the parts to you through Fed Ex and you assemble it. That's the fun part.
