Upgrade System Help

I'm running a old Socket A 2800 CPU and Gigabyte 7NNXP MB. AGP

I guess it's time to join the real world. I have a Koolance EXOS 1 system that I would like to keep using. And a ANTEC LanParty Case. 1000 watt PS. & a Delll 24" monitor, so I need a good card for Photography Processing.

I would like some suggestions on a new MB, CPU, Video Card.

I saw a great deal on a XFX nForce 750a Motherboard CPU Bundle - AMD Phenom 9500 2.20GHz Retail Processor 200.00 after 30$ rebate but I don't think Koolance makes a water block for it.
Any other Ideas?

That bundle would work very nicely. Just add an MSI N9800GT 512OC GeForce 9800 GT or POWERCOLOR AX4870 512MD5 Radeon HD 4870 512MB and you'll be good to go.
