Default Upgrade suggestion?

K so the computer in my sig... I want to upgrade the Mobo, CPU and RAM and I will also need a new case possibly...

I have a like a 400-500 dollar budget preferably towards the lower end...

I haven't really kept up on my hardware knowledge lately so thats why I'm asking... I'm and AMD fanboy I guess but if my budget will have better results with Intel that's fine with me.

Much appreciated!

OK. I would go with the AMD phenom 955, probably 8gb DDR3 RAM, and this mobo. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813131363R
That is what I have figured out to be the best deal. I am about to do the same thing, so this is what I am getting.
