Okay, the power supply I got only has one black S-ATA connecter (well, two that are on a short leash with each other). One fits in the CD drive, but apparently I need one for the hard drive, too - or what I'm pretty sure is the hard drive. Any suggestions? Do I have to get a new hard drive that will fit one of the other peripheral connectors?

Your PSU should have a couple of molex connectors (the ones with 4 round holes on both the front and back), there may be a molex to sata connector that came with it. If not then you can go down to a computer store and pick one up.

It looks like theres a microcenter in your city: http://www.microcenter.com/at_the_stores/st_davids.html

This is what you'd want: http://www.microcenter.com/single_pr...uct_id=0260717

update... I went out and got starcraft 2 last night and I happy to say I'm able to play it on the highest settings with no problems. The graphics look incredible!
One question I do have is. It sounds like theres a fan running at all times when the computer is on, and when I'm playing the game its much louder. Is this normal?

Yea it's normal, your computer is trying to cool itself down by powering up the fans. If you want the silent treatment, I would suggest looking into water cooling, but this is definitely not for the faint of heart!
