Default Upgrade question

Ok I have about $450 saved up I could buy a really good AGP card
(this is the one I was thinking about)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102519

But I have been thinking. The motherboard I have... well I cant upgrade anything much. Its a socket 754 and dosent have any pci express slots. So I was thinking about just buying a new motherboard, processor and maybe a new case.
This is what I was thinking:

-Aspire X-CRUISE Case
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16811144158

-ASUS A8N-SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16813131524

-AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 1GHz FSB
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16819103533

The only thing is that if I bought all this stuff I would really have any money for a graphics card right away. Unless my mom wanted to lend me some money which I doubt she would.

So what should I do?
(oh yeah in case you were wondering I would use the memory and harddrive out of the computer I am using right now)

Well what's the card you have now?

EDIT: nvm I just saw it in your sig. It really depends, what kinda stuff are you planning on doing on the computer, or what games are you gonna play?

well I want to be able to play most of the newer games and I know Im gonna have to upgrade my computer eventually so I was wondering should I use all my money on an AGP card or upgrade everything? If I bought the new mobo and processor I would probably be able to get my mom to buy me a decent card for now like a 6600GT or a 6800.

EDIT: The card I have now is AGP so I wouldnt be able to use it if I upgraded everything.

Yeah it's wiser to get a PCI-E board. Get an nforce4 board from either MSI or ASUS and then a new CPU. If you can at least get a 6600 GT you'll be fine.

Silver:

Black:

I'm thinking black just because the powersupply I have is black
