Like I have said playing lots of games.
If I was to upgrade the components below would it be worth it?
What is most needed(highest priority)?
What is best upgrade for games?

Upgrade your video card and your PSU. The video card you listed is very good, but the PSU is rather unknown. Look for Antecs, Corsairs, Thermaltakes, PC Power & Cooling, and Xigmatek PSUs.
