Question upgrade this computer or get a new one?

hey people! Im just wondering if i should get a new computer or just upgrade me current one.
computer: hp pavilion media centre a1520n desktop pc
specs: 1gb of ram, 250gb hard drive, windows xp media centre 2005, athlon 64x2 3800+ 2.0ghz and a geforce 6150 LE

thanks for your help! also i want to use this computer for medium gaming like to run gta 4

i would just upgrade.
get another stick of ram, and a better graphics card, and maybe a PSU if needed.

wut kind of graphics card should i get? im looking for a card thats around 80 bucks. also what kind of proccesor should i get

you dont need another processor.
you can get a 3850 for about $80 i think.

GTA4 isnt out for the PC yet.. is it?

It's ment to be quite demanding.. so a new processor, another gig of ram and a new graphics card (as said above, the 3850 isn't bad).
