Default Upgrade

Hey everyone,

Trying to get some opinions on what to get. I have been out of the pc scene for awhile and was looking to get the best bang for the buck. I'm looking to upgrade my CPU and mobo. My budget is around 300 or less and it will be used for gaming. Thanks

the bets value for money is the G.Skill 8GB 1600Mhz CL9

if that is to much money, there are other options.
