Option1: mobo, gpu, ram, psu. Going to be tough with $400.
Option2:another 512 of the same ram and a new gpu, might also need a new psu. This u can get easily for $400.

I'd still go with the 1st one, since the ram u can have in ur current mobo is not so fast, and u can have a maximum of 1gb. I also doubt that u can do much oc with the current mobo. Both options will allow u to play the games u mentioned, but with a maximum of 1gb of quite slow memory u won't be able to play the games that are coming out in the close future.

u cant it says on that link u posted the max is 1GB so get another 512 to bring it up to a GB and get this gpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130203
and get this psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153006 with that u should be able to play all the games u listed with no lag
