Okay, I have tried everywhere for help...and I have no idea about computers. I really hope that someone can help me out here! If not, maybe direct me in the right place to go. I have tried my laptops manufacturer and they only seem to ignore the post on the forums. I apparently need an update on my drivers but I have no idea where to even begin. As the thing from the AMD website will not work for some reason. :(

well, i advise letting Windows see if it can update the driver for you, cant hurt right?

anyway, head here:

Start Menu -> Right click Computer -> Manage -> Device manager (down the left)

this lists every device in your machine, and allows you to let Windows look for updates. Right click any of the devices (Click the + to expand areas) and select 'Update drivers'. Let Windows connect to Windows Update to search for driver updates.

see if this helps at all, and post back what you find.

:)

Have you tried looking at Toshiba.com for drivers?

Here is a link to Toshiba support downloads.

You will need to choose laptops, then Satellite (family), then your complete model number. The information above shows Satellite L675D, but that isn't the complete model number. The model number should be on the bottom of the notebook computer and look something like L675D-S7012, or L675D-S7013, etc.

@ Darkseeker, Just tried that says everything is up to date.

@ Chipeater, I have downloaded the drivers from toshiba before and it gave me the out of date one when ATI Catalyst says the most recent is 12/13/2010, and when I try to install the one from the link, it says....

"ATI Catalyst Mobility cannot be downloaded due to incompatible hardware/software on
your computer.

The version of your graphics adapter is not supported.

Please contact your notebook manufacturer for a graphics driver update."

Which I tried, and they ignored me for the past week now.
