Default Unknown, Undeletable Files on Flashdrive

I have two flashdrives that have been infected with a couple of unknown files. I've tried deleting them and it says they can't be deleted.

One of the files is called 'Autorun.'

It appears and disappears every time I put my flashdrive in. It isn't appearing now so I can't say what type of file it is since it has a specific title after the dot. This is the file that comes up twice as a virus in every computer I put my flashdrive into, but only when it appears on the flashdrive. The icon the computer displays it as is a page with a gear on it and its a see-through icon which means its hidden?

The other is a folder, and its an icon that is also see-through. Its called 'RECYCLER.' And inside the folder are two files: 'Desktop.ini' and 'help.exe.' None of which can be deleted. I haven't had any problems with this folder but its unknown and I never intentionally put it there.

Can anybody help me out on this?

Try formatting the drive.
