Question Unix/Linux and Windows

Does any1 have a tutorial on how to run FreeBSD and Mandriva Linux, as well as Windows (being the main OS) on the same computer? And how do you switch between the two operating systems?

Also, which is better for opensource and has a better shell, Mandriva or FreeBSD?
