Exclamation Uninstalling Grub loader and Fedora Core4! From S3HP

Hiya guys, i have a Sony Vaio S3HP, and it comes with windows XP Pro and a 7Gb recovery partition with it on as well.... since then i have cut up my partitions and installed Fedora Core 4 Test 2, it works fine after many updates and grathics drivers and so on, as u do with linux

But i want to run my recovery cd and go right back to how it first come, out the box kinda thing, and i have 2 DVD recovery cd's but from what i can work out its the grub loader stoping them and the recovery loading properly. i cannot boot from any cd, winXP, my boot cd, my recovery partition, anytyhing, any advice?

Thanks
