Unclocking a 6800 OC 128 mb card

It comes standard overclocked and im having seriously problems with my games stuttering while playing (Sound loop + game freeze for like 5 seconds) anyways alot of people have sugested to me to lower my clock on my video card... how do i do that? it comes oc to 350 but it says 325 standard so how do i lower it?

using a program like coolbits or rivatuner, with that card u shudn't really b suffering in games, maybe u need to turn settings! either that or the rest of ure components are bottlenecking it!
