Ultramon problem

Whenever I am away from the computer for an hour or more, I have all the processes on the right (secondary) monitor (ultramon task bar monitor) open the same task on the left monitors task bar. So I can click either and make it pop up or disappear.

I can click on the left monitor, and it opens on the right screen. Or I can click the task on the right monitor, and it opens on that screen.

It never used to 'duplicate' its self.

Whats with this?
