Default Ultra vs Corsair XMS, opinions please.

I need new memory, I have 768mb of crap ddr 333 samsung. I have heard amazing things about both and I need some more opinions, which of these two should I get?

They all have the same specs. I'll say get the Corsair XMS too. Proven technology, reputable, reliable.

ive never had corsair but i know their good... i have ultra and they pretty damn good... youd be surprised how much head room ultra gives you for overclocking. id say corsair since their the same price

Hmm, you people seem to like the corsair xms, one question, do any of you, beside kyleman999, have any experience with the ultra memory and are just going off of what you think they'd perform like? The ultra has lower timings, plus, it does come in a fancy box. =)

I guess I'm a bit bias on my part because I have used Corsair RAM on my last 3 systems and all perform flawlessly to OCs. I never really heard of Ultra's before until now.

If they give you a lot of headroom, it probably uses samsung TCCD or TCC5. TCCDs are binned at DDR500, TCC5 are binned at DD466.
