I ordered this memory for my desktop and it's fine, but I already sent in a mail-in-rebate for that one purchase.

Later on, my brother purchased another set of this memory for me and its being mailed to my house.
My question is am I able to apply for 2 MIRs?
He bought it on his card to my address which is different than his, whose address and name should I put on the rebate form?

edit Linked the wrong memory earlier^

MIR form: http://images10.newegg.com/UploadFilesForNewegg/rebate/SH/Corsair12MIRsDec1608Jan1509cd12.pdf

I saw that the MIR says "Only the actual purchaser of the
qualifying product may participate" so I'm thinking it would have his name on the MIR but its shipping to my address so therein lies my dilemna, any help?

Hey, you could ask your neighbor to receive it and have him/her give it to you when it comes in haha, idk just a thought.

You could have a relative take care of the MIR but I think if you put your brothers name on it, they should see there's a difference.

Plus, the order number for the product is on the MIR right? So it would be two products - Not trying to cheap out and get two MIR's for one product.

But what I'm wondering about is the prise of that stuff. It doesn't make sense if those are 100 bucks but their are two other sets that have to same specs as those memory sticks, but priced at 70 bucks.

Then again, you could have got some of this Gskill Ram for less than half the price!

They will use any excuse not to mail out rebates, thats why they dont include them as instant savings.

99% of rebates ive seen say "limit 1 per household"
im assuming that means shipping address.

send it to a good friends or better yet a relatives house.

just use newegg live chat and dont give your address, they wont know who there talking to.

NVM, youll have to contact the manufacturer
