When installing a program, you will have to manually point it to the 80Gb drive.

Most programs, by default, install to C:\Program Files\XYZ. When the install gets to that point, just change "C:" to the drive letter of your 80GB drive. Easy enough.

To change that default, do this registry tweak:
- Open Regedit (Start > Run > regedit)

- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion

- Double click on ProgramFilesDir

- Change C:\Program Files to whatever you want, like maybe D:\Program Files

Yeah, it's nice for lazy/forgetful people with two hard drives.
