I think when they raise Clockspeeds in Dual Cores it would be great. I mean the 840 has the speed, but only because it has HT. The others drop way below any normal Processor like a 620 or 540J even because of their dreadful Clockspeed.

Until then, HT will do any Home User perfectly fine for Multitasking.

Good to have. Applications can run more efficient and in some ways, increase speeds too.

Yeah, especially with the Quad Threading in 840s.
