Hmm, thats not always the case.

A home user would be considered a home user, even if they used professional programs to encode videos,video editing, do 3D, or music, and so 2 cores might actaully be an advantage for some.

I mean, dont you hate slow down sometimes when your trying to run one program while your waiting for something to run, or install? A Second core would help for that. Thats just an example, but you know

I know but for most people you just wait till the install is done or...don't care haha. just kidding it's good for those who are intensive comp users.

Yeah me too I don't see why some people should think its bad, because the people that do alot of intensive stuff won't think so.

For example, I was just copying a disc then, and my computer turned into a slug, even on the internet, while doing it...

If you need 2 CPUs, good. If you don't then you don't. It won't put you at a disadvantage if you do have 2 CPUs when you don't need it...it's just unnessesary.
