Default tv tunner card?

ok i want to be able to watch tv ether threw my monitor or computer
my monitor has a hdmi dvi vga usb port

i want to use it for cable and game systems
i was ganna use a card but i herd that u get a lot of lag
from gaming systems??
also if possible high deff
can some one help me?

PCI is the way to go for TV tuners, unless you really can't.

Not to get off topic but esa193 your typing wasn't half bad, I would recommend firefox2 because it has a spell check embedded in it.

I don't think they exist, but PCI-E x1 TV tuner cards are a better bet if they exist. But, you own a P3, so James' link is the best one.

i don't know what ur talking about game lag...or wait.. i think the comp takes a sec or 2 to read the data from the tv signal if thats what u mean... and btw, i agree with earlier post, go with pci tuner.. i use them and they work excellent..
