Which TV Tuner would you choose?

They both look the same but have different prices. I want a good picture quality so I'm willing to pay a bit extra.

Or if you could recommend any ohter TV tuners that would be great.

personally i like the 250, but i hear good things about the 150 from my friend

the fact that the first has a picture and does not use catch words like thats not all! make me like it better.

Can these tuners work on regular XP home edition? Does it have to have Media Center? Is there a difference in quality whether it's XP or Media Center?
